Making a Booking
This guide will help you make a booking on our Patient Portal, whether you’re a guest or logged-in user, with clear instructions on selecting a funding source.
Booking as a Guest User
Follow these steps to make a booking as a guest:
1. Access the Patient Portal
Visit https://patients.kingsbridgehealthcaregroup.com/ and click View Appointments on the home screen.
2. Select Funding Source
You’ll be prompted to choose the funding source for your booking:
- Self-Pay: Choose this if you plan to pay for the appointment directly.
- Health Insurance: Select this option if you are using an insurance provider. You will need to enter your membership number and authorisation code to proceed.
3. Navigate to the Booking Area
Once you’ve selected your funding source, you’ll be taken to the main booking area where you can filter and search for appointments.
Booking Options and Filters
In the booking area, you can filter appointments based on the following options for the best availability:
Treatment Type: Start by selecting the type of treatment you require for the best appointment availability.
Clinician: If you have a specific clinician in mind, select their name from the dropdown.
Site: Choose the location that is most convenient for you.
Date: Select a preferred date for your appointment.
After setting your filters, available appointments will display below, allowing you to browse and choose a suitable option. Click View Times to see available slots for each clinician.
Booking as a Logged-in User
If you’re logged in to your Patient Portal account, the process is streamlined:
1. Log into Your Account
Go to https://patients.kingsbridgehealthcaregroup.com/ and log in with your email and password.
2. Navigate to Bookings
Select Bookings from the top menu. Here, you can view your existing appointments and make a new booking.
3. Filter and Select Appointments
Apply filters such as treatment type, clinician, date, or site to find the best available appointment. Click View Times to confirm the available time slots and book your appointment.
Important Notes
- Booking Confirmation: Once confirmed, you’ll receive an email with the details of your booking.
- Changes or Cancellations: If you need to modify your booking, this isn't available through your Patient Portal yet. Please contact support for assistance.
- Arriving for Your Appointment: Bring any necessary documents or previous reports relevant to your treatment.
- Registering a Payment Card: A credit or debit card is necessary to secure your booking. The card will be saved as your default payment method. In the event any outstanding balances due you will receive a notification before any payment is processed.
