Once you have been booked for your procedure an admission letter with all the details of your appointment will be sent out to you. This will include the date and time we need you to attend the hospital, as well as a map and a patient information leaflet. If they are required, it will also include your appointment details for your pre-op assessment and your covid test.
There will be a lot of information contained in the letters, and whilst we understand this can be off putting, we strongly advise you to read everything that is included in your letter. This will help to ensure that your procedure will go ahead as planned and avoid any last minute delays.
If you have requested this is set to you via email, please allow a couple of hours for this to come through. If it has not come through to you, we are finding that a lot of our letters are being diverted to Spam or Junk folders. If you have requested this be posted out to you, please allow 1 week plus one working day for this to arrive. If you reside in the Republic of Ireland this could take up to 2 weeks to arrive. If after this time you have still not received your letters, please contact us via this link to have it resent.
