If you are planning on using health insurance to fund your procedure, it is important that you inform your insurance provider as soon as possible.
Your insurance company will need as much information as you can give them regarding your procedure and may ask you for a procedure code. They may also ask for a copy of the clinical letter from your Consultant. We will be happy to provide this information for you if you have not already obtained this from your Consultant. If required, please contact us here to obtain this information.
We will need your insurance membership number and pre-authorisation number on record at least 10 days prior to your procedure. You can submit your insurance details here.
If we have not received your details before this, you will get an email and/or text message to remind you.
If your insurance details have not been provided, you will be billed directly for your procedure, and failure to pay will result in your procedure being cancelled.
**Please note we cannot contact your insurance company on your behalf**
