If you are planning on funding your procedure through a health insurance company, it is important that you inform your insurance company as soon as possible. They will need as much information as you can give them regarding your procedure, and may ask you for a procedure code. Your insurance company may also ask for a copy of the clinical letter from your consultant. We will be happy to provide this information for you if you have not already obtained this from your consultant. Please contact us via this link to obtain this information.
We will need your insurance membership number and pre-authorisation number on record at least 10 days prior to your procedure. You can submit your insurance details via here Submit my details
If we have not received your details before this, you will get an email and/or text message to remind you. If your insurance details are not provided, you will be billed directly for your procedure, and failure to pay will result in the procedure being cancelled.
Please note we cannot contact your insurance company on your behalf.
