With the GP Subscription Plan, you can access appointments within 24 hours* at a fixed monthly rate, available across all our GP clinic locations. This plan offers individual and family packages with a range of additional benefits, including discounts on imaging services, physiotherapy, and health screenings.

How do I sign up for the GP Subscription Plan?
To sign up, submit both the Registration and Direct Debit forms available here. 

*Subject to availability. Terms & conditions apply. Additional investigations, consumables and/or laboratory tests will occur additional charges. Registration at The Kingsbridge Private GP clinic will not affect your registration with NHS services, and indeed we encourage all our patients to remain registered with their NHS GP. A private prescription can be fulfilled at any pharmacy. The pharmacy will charge a discretionary fee to dispense medication.
