If you are a VHI policy holder you will be eligible to receive treatment with ourselves, across our sites. We do highly recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to confirm what care is covered under your current personal policy. 

 

We’ve helped thousands of patients just like you, and we’ll be right here to guide you every step of the way. Our dedicated One2One Team will support you through the entire process. We’ll help you:

*Clearly explain what’s required and guide you through each stage

* Confirm if your appointment fee will be directly billed to your insurance company or if the fee will be paid by yourself up front and then claimed back

* Confirm any codes required for the insurance company to pre authorise any treatment

* You’ll pay the consultation fee directly to Kingsbridge. We have agreed a fee with VHI of £190.00 for initial consultations and £150.00 for any follow up reviews. A separate fee has been agreed for Patients wishing to proceed directly to a surgical procedure (The team will be able to advise if this applies) 

* All outpatient appointments including Specialist consultations, blood tests etc are billable to you as the patient. You will be able to claim this back

* For diagnostic scans (MRI/CT/Xray/Ultrasound) we are currently able to directly bill VHI for some. We will be able to advise at the time if your required diagnostic investigation is a direct bill or billable to you, to then claim back

* All inpatient (surgical procedures) are billable directly to VHI. We will be able to provide a code for insurance purposes once the exact procedure is confirmed on your file by your consultant.

* Procedure costs are fully inclusive of any inpatient stay required and hospital fees. We are delighted to confirm that for any of our procedures all Patients will be accommodated in a private room if required, regardless of policy held (no additional cost to Semi-private policy holders
