If you are wishing to pay for your procedure through insurance, please ensure that you have contacted your insurance company to advise them that you are having a procedure with us. They may ask you for a procedure code, this is included in your appointment letter.

Once your insurance company have authorised your procedure, please provide us with the following details:

  • Your insurance company
  • Your membership number
  • Your authorisation number or claim reference

It is important to have this information 10 days in advance of your procedure. If we do not receive this, your procedure may be cancelled or delayed. The simplest method of providing us this information is by sending it here.

We can then record this information for you.

Unless otherwise stated, your procedure is covered by the Insured Patient terms and conditions. You should have a copy of this in your admission pack. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with your treatment.
